InstallationThe unique IVC system architecture makes it possible for us to build and factory-test your system as a system. You simply mount the cameras and connect them to your LAN, and load the Relay Server software onto any web connected PC. Configuration is simple and well explained in the user software and installation manuals. If you require local installation and support, we can arrange that for you.
AssistanceIVC will provide telephone assistance for any installation and configuration questions that may arise during the installation and after. On-site support is also available. Custom SoftwareIf you require functions not currently available in the IVC system, the open architecture generally makes it possible for our programmers to introduce special capabilities with a minimum of work. IVC can develop custom software on a modest, per-hour basis. Just describe what you want and we will issue a written quotation.
